Bug description:
Unity fails to build from source in bionic.

On Monday, I was able to build Unity fine in my test PPA against
  gnome-desktop3 3.27.90.

  https://launchpad.net/~jbicha/+archive/ubuntu/tempgnomedesktop/+packages

By Thursday, Unity no longer builds from source.
  https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu/3156/+packages
