Force 8bit RGB config
Status in cogl package in Ubuntu:

New mesa supports 10bit RGB configs, and this causes issues with
cogl/mutter which get a random EGLConfig that breaks some
autopkgtests. To fix this this merge request is needed for mutter
and a similar one for cogl.
