Title:
Need some way to show multiple banners

Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
While GNOME Software allows one banner to be shown, it would be great
to have multiple banners in rotation. Having multiple banners would
enable us to rotate around a bunch of promoted applications rather
than have one application stuck there for a while.
