  Windows not always drawn in correct places in AO when under Wayland

Bug description:
  After switching from Xorg to Wayland on Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 with GNOME
  3.22 I have found that quite often windows will be drawn in the wrong
  place in the Activities Overview:
