Yeah, indeed.. yet another issue due to switching to the meson build
system. Those particular strings don't exist upstream any longer,
though.
There are also other, more important .desktop files in gnome-session
where translations are broken. I submitted a merge proposal.

Bug description:
The desktop entry for Startup Applications (gnome-session-properties)
is untranslated since some recent update on my non-English (Czech)
Ubuntu 18.04 system. It is fully translated upstream and used to be
translated in Ubuntu 18.04.
