Public bug reported: Ubuntu is recognizing my Dell E525w color laser printer by default on my network, but is not finding a suitable applicable driver to install via gnome-control-center. Dell has an open-source driver and driver kit for all their printers, all OSes applicable, so I do not see there being a problem pre-packaging the Dell Open Print Driver with Ubuntu distros.
Please pre-package Dell Open Print Driver(s) into CUPS and Ubuntu.
