Could someone please attach a folder (compressed as .7z or something)
which Files takes 20 secs to open so that others can reproduce the bug?

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

  Nautilus performance is too low. It good appear in open folder with thousand 
files.
  It takes a lot of time, but should - at least 1 second.

  See link below, where provided comparing in performance with gnome-commander, 
double-commander and nautilus.
  I believe, that it's issue in code, which takes more cycle that needed.
