Title:
  Using setxkbmap to change input language kills the alt+shift keyboard
  shortcut, you need to use the mouse to right-click change the language
  from the traybar to get the global shortcut working agin.

Status in x11-apps package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  To reproduce (for example using bulgarian), open konsole, then execute
  setxkbmap bg && setxkbmap us

  Now the global shortcut to switch langs doesn't work anymore.
