Example steps to reproduce: 1) Find a file and make a link to it by right clicking in nautilus. 2) Move the link-file to desktop. 3) Double clicking runs the action, but it is not the correct working folder The working folder should be where the file is, not, as in this example, on desktop. Always reproducible. I use some programs that depend on being started in the folder where data is. This is not a problem if there is only one data file, but it is, when there are several files necessary such as an IDE.
