Title:
files dragged to sidebar give the option of making them a bookmark
when attempting to move to a folder

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

What currently happens: when a user drags a file it is possible to place the
file in between the folders which does nothing.
What should happen: when a user drags files to a bookmark on the sidebar the
only option should be to add it to a folder.
