  gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in meta_window_get_monitor()

  This happens whenever I turn off the (only) monitor attached to my
  NUC. It's similar to a bug that was introduced in gnome-shell in
  August 2017, but it seems to be crashing in a different method now.
