wayland, vbox 5.2.8 guest
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Was logged in to default xorg session, played mine sweeper, then came
the crash report.
Before I tested Wayland several times with no crash. But last time,
after making dist-upgrade, the vm didn't shutdown properly and I had
to make a ACPI shutdown. I have only 64 MB VRAM reserved for the vm.
