I can't reproduce this bug with Files 3.26 on Ubuntu 17.10 so I'm
assuming this is fixed, up to a Bug Control member to mark this as
affecting a particular series if it affects a supported release
(currently 14.04, 16.04, and 17.10)! :)

Reproducible Steps:
1. Login Unity desktop environment.
2. Change the scale factor to 2 in Displays of Settings.
3. Create some files and folders on the desktop.
4. Right click to select "Organize Desktop by Name".
Expected Result:
* The organized files and folders should be covered by Unity Launcher.
Actual Result:
* The organized files and folders are covered by Unity Launcher.
