Please run the following command in a terminal (might need sudo), and
let us know whether that fixes the issue:
snap connect libreoffice:cups-control
(note that the cups-control plug should be auto-connected with new
installations of the libreoffice snap, see https://forum.snapcraft.io/t
/request-autoconnection-of-cups-control-for-libreoffice/2517/19)
