   gst-ptp-helper is not suid!

Status in gstreamer1.0 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Was installing some wine's dependencies on yakkety 64 bits install,
  and got that error into the install dialog box:

  Setting up libgstreamer1.0-0:i386 (1.8.2-1) ...
  Setcap worked! gst-ptp-helper is not suid!
