Black Screen on Booting

Bug description:
I have been trying to update my OS from 12.04 LTS to 16.04.3 LTS, now
I have an AMD graphics card which indeed have created a problem that
consist of not booting my GUI screen and now its not even letting to
load grub. All I get to see my BIOS getting load and then purple
screen then nothing. Followed by alert tone of ubuntu, which I can't
see because of black screen.
