Title:
Left & right buttons are wrongly themed in gnome-weather

Status in gnome-weather package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In gnome-weather, the right and left buttons are wrongly themed. When
there is still content to show, the arrow dims, which is wrong, and
when there is no more content to show, the arrow is bright, which is
also wrong. It should be the other way around.
