chromium open multi tab.
suspend and resume ubuntu.
chromium tab change.

Drawing of the contents of the tab is not updated even when tab switching is
done. (Even in this state, the Chromium Web page title display switches
normally.)
# workaround
After waiting for a while after switching the tab, the tab switch will operate
normally.
