Online-accounts not properly removed if the window is closed without

Bug description:
To reproduce:
1. Remove an online account
2. Close the window (without waiting for the notification to be dismissed)
3. Start g-c-c again
4. Open the online-account panel
Current behavior:
The account has NOT been removed.
Expected result:
The account has been removed.
