in Trusty Cr34, popup context windows are in the wrong place

Bug description:
Popup windows are in the wrong place, slightly to the left and/or up
of where they should be.
Contents of those popups may be offset within them new frame, too.
This happens, as far as I know, only if you have changed your default
scaling to something non-default.
