Bug description:
  [Impact]
  The Livepatch / Help improve images aren't transparent enough to match the 
design.

  [Test Case]
  1. Run initial setup:
  $ /usr/lib/gnome-initial-setup/gnome-initial-setup --existing-user
  2. Go to the "Livepatch" page

  Expected result:
  Images are shown with 75% transparency

  Observed result:
  Images are shown with much less transparency (too dark).

  [Regression Potential]
  Low, just adjusted alpha value.
