Title:
  Cut and paste files from Trash restores them

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  How to replicate the bug:

  Create a file in the Desktop (or in another place);
  Move the file to Trash;
  Go to Trash;
  Right-click the file and select "Cut";
  Go to a directory somewhere and right-click on it;
  Select "Paste".

  Result: The file was not moved to the intended directory, rather it
  was restored to Desktop (or wherever you put it in the first step
  above)!

  I lost some important files doing this because Ubuntu asked me if I
  wanted to replace the files and I replied yes (because the directory I
  was moving them to was empty), not knowing I was restoring the files.

  My Ubuntu is this:
  Description:  Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
  Release:      16.04
