I can't reproduce this on Files 3.26.3-0ubuntu4 on Ubuntu 18.04 so am
assuming that the fix was released sometime before then. Please change
the status to New if this is not the case.

Bug description:
When dragging a folder to create a bookmark on the left panel, deletes
the folder and makes the folder unreadable. The folder cannot be found
even in trash, you can see the folders until the next restart but in
properties it shows unreadable
