Steps:
1. Install MonoDevelop from Ubuntu Store
2. Open MonoDevelop
3. Click "Start New Solution"
4. Select "Console Project"
5. Enter any "Name"
6. Click on "Browse..." button
7. Press "Create New Folder"
8. Wait few seconds...
