The following commit allows the chromium snap to look for the flash
plugin inside its confinement:

This still requires the user to extract the .so file in the expected
place ($SNAP_USER_DATA/.local/lib/).

  The chromium snap doesn’t know where to look for the flash plugin (it
  can’t see the one installed on the host system because of
  confinement).
