Bug description:
librsvg throws a segmentation fault when an tried to convert an empty
svg using rsvg-convert.
Details:
$ echo > empty.svg
$cat empty.svg
$rsvg-convert empty.svg
(rsvg-convert:4850): librsvg-CRITICAL **: rsvg_handle_set_size_callback:
assertion 'handle != NULL' failed
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
