Assuming fixed, couldn't reproduce this bug on Files 3.26.3-0ubuntu4 on
Ubuntu 18.04 when switching between English (UK) and English (US).
Perhaps this only affects switching between certain layouts? If so then
please specify exactly which two layouts you have to switch between to
produce the issue (and state which Ubuntu version you tested this on -
please retest this in Ubuntu 18.04 or Cosmic if you haven't already).

Bug description:
When i right click and select "create new folder", i got new folder
with name "untitled folder" and cursor on that name for edit it.
i type new name, and then press "enter" for submit new name, and all work
fine.
But, if i change keyboard layout when type new name, "untitled folder"
submitted as though i press "enter". And then, i must press f2 and edit name
again.
P.S. I switch keyboard layout by pressing left Alt+Shift.
