On Screen board is not poping out for firefox

Bug description:
I just upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04. I found that the on-screen keyboard
which is available in Universal Access is not popping out when I use
the Mozilla Firefox to search or type something.
Can any One answer me what to do?
I have tried caribou too... But no change in problem
