Title: Automatically select the user in GDM if there's only one Status in gdm: Expired Status in One Hundred Papercuts: Invalid Status in gdm package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: In many cases, a computer has only one user. Before logging in, you have to press Enter to select your user name, even if you're the only user on the computer. It's not that much of a problem, but it would be nice if that user is automatically selected for login so that you can immediately start to type in your password. I had this idea for some time but have taken the info from http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/24977/ since it has feedback and votes.
