Title:
  [f-req] manipulation of radio station titles

Status in Rhythmbox:
  Expired
Status in rhythmbox package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: rhythmbox

  When i use shoutcast.com to add radiostations to rythmbox,
  it always (stupidly, they wont change this) a station-count number before the
actual title, in the title.

  Also, i get multiple entries from the .pls (1 per server for the
  station).

  This results in a very messy station list.

  The fix isn't that hard to implement;

  0) keep the current raw list as-is, but re-use as the base-list for
  the next steps;

  1) use the "radio station title conversion list" (rstcl) to display a
  proper list; no dupes, and no messy extra info

  the rstcl should be (partially) pre-configured, save-able & loadable (append
at bottom), and have a configuration window with these abilities:
  - specify rules for pre-aggregate conversion, consisting of rows with the
following:
    - (optional) criterium : domain .pls is loaded from (with a special case
keyword for "FROM_DESKTOP", which catches at least nautilus plz)
    - criterium : raw title must match some regexp
    - conversion regexp
     - checkbox whether or not to stop processing the next rules if this one
hits (on by default).

  rule rows must be able to be arranged (top->bottom=priority) by
  dragndrop plz.

  with these rules, all multiple-server stations are aggregated into identical
titles.
  only 1 entry needs to be shown, but then rythmbox must change a little
internally too, to auto-skip to the next server in case of outage.
  a (yellow backgr?) statusmsg in a statusbar (see other new bug) would be
ideal to notify the user.
  after looping through all the stations, continue looping at 1x per 10-20
seconds try.

  yes, this is real work, but i believe it'll be well worth it.
