Bug description:
If a user disables menu icons, most applications reflect the change
immediately. However, Firefox needs to be restarted before the change
takes place. This can give the impression that Firefox is not honoring
the setting.
This has been confirmed with Firefox 3.7 on Ubuntu 10.04
