Please open a terminal window and run:

  journalctl -f

Note the latest time at the bottom of the window, then lock the screen.
Wait for it to eventually complete, then unlock. Now take a screenshot
of new messages that appeared in that window during the lock and send it
to us.

Title:
  Locking screen takes 10+ secs (after hit SUPER + L)

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  System visually locks screen between 10 and 12 secs after hitting Super + L 
or pressing Lock button. This ~10 secs I can move with pointer and view what 
was on screen but clicking on whatever is not possible. 
  And when I waking up my Laptop from sleep that happens too
