Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox on "www.hpe.com". You will be redirected to a
localized web page. Mine is "https://www.hpe.com/it/it/home.html";
2. Try to click on the video link on the top of the page or any of the
links in the top bar like "Solutions", "Services", "Products",
"About".
Expexted results:
Normal(tm) browsing experience
Actual results:
You cannot jump to the linked web pages unless you are fast enough. The web
page(s) are reloaded about once every 5 seconds. In case the page is long, you
don't have time to read or scroll it.
