When I try to add a new contact to the address book, there is NO OK
button to complete the add new contact.

I cannot add new contacts to the address book.
It would be good to have the ability to add a contact from the new email
message.

3. When I click new contact, it opens a contact record card, but there is NO
button to complete the action.
There is Not and OK button.
