"JulyShakedown" When I open firefox, I get some really weird
scrambling of the screen.

Bug description:
It happens almost everytime I open firefox. I'm using a lenovo ideapad
310-15ABR with a quad-core, 7th generation AMD A12 processor, 8GBs
RAM, A Samsung SSD, and I'm not sure what graphic chipset I've got but
it's all fairly new hardware. I'm running Ubuntu 17.10 daily build
from today, 2017-07-25. The scrambling happens around the window as it
opens.
