Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version.
When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated
logs by running only once:
apport-collect 1514541
and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

Title:
Ubuntu's Firefox build renders IBM's PMR page incorrectly
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
When working with IBM's support site (working with PMRs,
specifically), the page renders incorrectly in Ubuntu 14.04. I've
attached a screenshot of how the page renders in Ubuntu's Firefox
build, and a stock build from Windows 7.
The URL is: https://www-947.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
You will likely need a login to access that page. If you don't have an
IBM support account, you can set one up (for free) at:
https://www.ibm.com/account/profile/us?page=reg&okurl=www-947.ibm.com%2Fsupport%2Fentry%2Fmyportal%2Fsupport&failurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww-947.ibm.com%2Fsupport%2Fentry%2Fportal%2Fsupport&cancelurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww-947.ibm.com%2Fsupport%2Fentry%2Fportal%2Fsupport&lang=en_US
Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (64-bit)
Package version: 42.0+build2-0ubuntu0.14.04.1
Expected result: See attached image
Actual result: See attached image. Graphics for "submit a new PMR"
button and help button straddle the line instead of being above it.
I've tried the usual Firefox troubleshooting steps from their web
site, and I've tried resizing the window, but none of that helped.
I've seen this for months, so it's not a new issue; I've just finally
gotten around to reporting it.
