  Screen tearing when scrolling if a Youtube video is playing in another
  window

  1. open a Firefox window and play Youtube video
  2. open a new Firefox window and go to a scrollable page
  3. scroll the page

  I have a Pentium P6100 with Intel graphics and I don't have Flash
