Title:
  dragging a tab to second monitor works but the tab also remains behind

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  using nightly ( build in debug info ) when dragging a freshly opened
  tab to the 2nd monitor, a new window opens up correctly.. but the tab
  stays behind. so far i have not yet been able to reproduce it. the tab
  cannot be closes or opened ( clicking the X does nothing, nor does
  clicking it normally to try and open it )

  things to be noted, flash player was in use in 2 other open tabs
  atleast ( 1 playing a video, other having one pre-buffered and
  paused) a total of 4 tabs weren open ( + the one that stayed behind )

  using ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
