If the desktop is minimized with a hotkey that execute "xdotool
getactivewindow windowminimize", you have to logout and login to get
back the desktop apear (in case of normal users). I use often hotkeys
for common tasks and comined with mouse gestures to minimize windows
more quickly. So I found this bug by accidentially minimizing the
desktop.
