Hello Ralf,
Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird.

You made this bug report in 2010 and there have been several versions of
Ubuntu and Thunderbird since then.

Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 523292

and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu and Thunderbird better.

Title:
Text of received mail is blank

Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: thunderbird

Since some weeks I use Thunderbird as second mail system.
Sometime is received a mail without text.
After klick to forward the text it's possible to read the text.
Now with many years experience with different mail systems
is this the first case to get mails without visible text.
Because today I sent the text self with my other system I am
sure that it was a mail with normal text and no problems.
