At this point, you may cancel the sending by clicking the Cancel button (see the attached image). If you click the Cancel, the message is not sent. But if you hit <enter>, instead of clicking the Cancel button, the popup window disappears and the message still being sent. There is no way to cancel the process. The expected behavior when hitting <enter> would be the same as clicking the Cancel button (my opinion).
