  Thunderbird hangs after upgrade

Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This is a fresh install of 11.04, with the user's home are restored
  from backup.  (User account information, UID, GID, and file ownership
  have not changed.)  After upgrading, thunderbird hangs on a futex()
  function call:

  5482  10:20:40.778015 futex(0x7f91c3b02640, FUTEX_WAIT_PRIVATE, 2,
  NULL) = ? ERESTARTSYS (To be restarted)

  Thunderbird will not recover on it's own.  The full strace is included
  as an attachment.
