Title:
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS does not connect to scanner EPSON V100

Status in sane-backends package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
All drivers are installed. In version UBUNTU LTS 16.04 and earlier
ones, they worked correctly. In version 18.04 LTS UBUNTU does not
recognise the scanner. Epson V100 With the EPSO 4095 printer there
have been no problems. No problems in windows either, so the scanner
  is right, and the cable
