Hello Alexander,
Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with
Thunderbird/calendar.
You made this bug report in 2012 and there have been several versions of
Ubuntu and Thunderbird since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 944994
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.
Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu and Thunderbird better.

Title:
Calendar keeps asking for password
Status in evolution package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
When I dismiss a calendar event I get pop-up windows asking for my password.
One window for each calendar.
These come up one after the other every time I enter my password and hit "ok".
The e-calendar-factory shows to be at 400% CPU but my system runs
fine. No Fan noise etc.
My system monitor shows dozens of "SH" processes running at Zombie.
They always appear when this bug occurs.
I do not have evolution installed. I used to have it installed when I
set up the Calendar. I now use Thunderbird beta.
I have just entered "sudo apt-get purge evolution". Will try to
reproduce the bug.
