Bug description:
Since upgrading to Precies (12.04), every time I start (or restart)
Thunderbird, the Lightning calendar tab disappears (all my other
Thunderbird tabs persist). Prior to upgrading, the Lightning calendar
tab always persisted across starts, but not it does not. This is a
minor annoyance at best, but I figured it was worth reporting.
