Save attachments doesn't work when standard action set

Bug description:
I've set my thunderbird so that it opens automatically PDF files on
double-click ("always do this action"). When right-clicking the
attachment -> "save as...", the document opens in the PDF viewer
instead of opening the "save as..."-Dialogue.
