TTBOMK the version of the Danish dictionary is 2.1 from 2012-07-14,
according to the README_da_DK.txt that is next to the source files.

According to the changelog, the Danish dictionary was last updated in
this update:

        tdf#87735 updated Danish dictionary

To get it updated you'd need to ask libreoffice to update the bundled copy, 
providing a newer version.  That should be done by filing a bug on 
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice using the 
component "Linguistic".

  Please use newest Danish dictionary from LibreOffice

Status in libreoffice-dictionaries package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The dic and aff-files in the Danish dictionary are from 2014. Newer
  ones exist (from 2018). They are updated in the LibreOffice extension:
  https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/stavekontrolden-danish-
  dictionary. Please tell me what I need to do to update this package
  myself.
