Hello Sebastien, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-control-center into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /gnome-control-center/1:3.28.2-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
