Hello Sebastien, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-disk-utility into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-disk- utility/3.28.3-0ubuntu1~18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
