Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates.

It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported
Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload
the updated logs by running only once:

Title:
Firefox froze; window came up saying [current window] "not
responding"; selected close window - all FF windows vanished.

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Haven't had a crash/freeze in quite a while.

For a while, I couldn't use FF versions over 28, as they would never
completely load my windows/tabs, and then crashed.

At some point, I switched from using AdblockPlus to uBlock Origen, and
  all was good.

Lately, the tabs seem a bit ... loosely attached? ... I usually open up a
link on a new tab, and then click on it to select it, but often lately I
apparently move the mouse a bit when I do, and suddenly the tab tears off onto
a new window instead.

I had just done that, and had attempted to use my scroll-wheel to move down
on the page, which didn't do anything. I tried the scroll-bar - nothing. I
tried to close the window - nothing.
A window came up saying that the window was not responding, and did I want to
terminate that process. That specific window title was mentioned, so I assumed
that just that window would go away, but when I clicked on (End Process? /
Close Window? - I forget the wording...), all 12 FF windows vanished.

Hopefully something in the supporting documentation will be helpful,
as "Firefox Froze" cannot be considered terribly useful...
